It's an entire family event to get ready for Beau's 1st haircut. First, Papa Dan sits in the BARBer chair to get a trim...
...next, it's Mommy's turn...
...and finally, Beau sits on Mommy's lap (preoccupied with drinking juice) to get his hair cut! Heath cheers on in support!
Another big milestone happened when Heath had broccoli for the 1st time! He LOVED it!
Raise your hand if you like broccoli!
Meanwhile, Beau tries Grammy Barb's chocolate mousse for the first time--it was plate lickin' good! 
He did a better job at licking this plate than Stella ever could!
It wasn't exactly the first time with corn, but perhaps the first time walking around the house with a cob hanging out his mouth!

Another big milestone is for mommy's friend, Laurie, who is getting married in a few weeks! Laurie, Lainie and I have a quick girls getaway weekend in Sonoma while Grandma and Grandpa help out Brent with the boys at home. Fun all around!
