After a 7 year hiatus, the Kronmillers finally jumped back on the camping bandwagon--this time with 2 kids in tow! Unfortunately the weekend we picked turned out to have over 100 degree temps! And the outside temp wasn't even the worse...poor baby Heath developed a 103 degree fever on our drive up! I spend half the weekend on top of a hill (only place with cell phone reception) talking to the dial-a-nurse! By the looks of this photo, you'd never know this poor baby was feeling so lousy!
Despite the hot temps--in and out--Beau had a BLAST camping! He loved sleeping in the tent, swimming in the lake and running around the campground with Stella and his cousins. He also learned to keep a very tidy camp!
Did I mention we were right in the middle of potty training? No worries! Potty comes camping too!
Heath spend most of the days in Bruce and Judy's (air conditioned) camper which he also loved...everything was just his size!
